Geological Map of the Maltese Islands - Bedrock bedding measurements
Regions and CitiesData identifying observation locations (shown as points) describing the bedding orientation of bedrock units. The scale of the data is 1:10 000 scale. Coverage is provided for the main Maltese Islands. Bedrock measurements describe the orientation of bedding in terms of dip and dip-azimuth. The data are available in vector format (containing the geometry of each feature linked to a database record describing their attributes) as ESRI shapefiles.
